Wir stehen als Marxisten-Leninisten-Maoisten heute vor neuen und gewaltigen Aufgaben.
Während die Haupttendenz auf der Welt nach wie vor die Revolution ist und die Völker der Welt und unterdrückten Nationen sich wehren und kämpfen, sind die Kämpfe und Perspektiven in den imperialistischen Ländern noch deutlich weniger herangewachsen und ausgereift. Es ist keine Frage des richtigen Moments auf den wir warten müssen, keine Frage der richtigen Strategie die wir neu festzulegen haben oder eine Frage der richtigen Weltanschauung, die wir erst noch entwickeln müssten.
Die drängende Frage für uns hier in Deutschland, sowie für euch Genossen in den USA, ist die Frage danach wie wir unsere allmächtige, weil wahre Weltanschauung auf die konkreten Bedingungen der imperialistischen Länder, wie Deutschland, oder eben die USA anwenden können, um auf ihrer Grundlage eine richtige Strategie zur Anwendung zu bringen, welche uns in die Lage versetzt Tatsachen zu schaffen und im langandauernden Volkskrieg die politische Macht für das Proletariat zu erobern und damit einen Dienst am eigenen Volke, sowie vor allem an den unterdrückten Völkern und Nationen zu leisten.
Das sind unsere Aufgaben und sie sind neu. Das Gebot der Stunde ist es, in unerschütterlicher Prinzipienfestigkeit, auf festem Boden des Marxismus-Leninismus-Maoismus stehend, Schritte vorwärts in unbekanntes Terrain zu machen. Die Synthese des Maoismus schöpferisch auf neue Gebiete anzuwenden, das scharfe Schwert unserer Ideologie für eine sozialistische Revolution zu benutzen und dem Imperialismus, gemeinsam mit den am meisten Leidtragenden der Erde das Haupt abzuschlagen.
Wir sehen, wie ihr in den USA beim Annehmen dieser Aufgaben glänzende Fortschritte macht. Es tut gut zu sehen, wie die antifaschistische Bewegung in Austin voranmarschiert, Erfahrungen sammelt, stärker wird und polarisiert. Es tut gut zu sehen, wie ihr den Feind in Situationen drängt, in denen er gezwungen ist, sich zu demaskieren und zu Brutalität und Gewalt zu greifen. Euer Kampf, Genossen, ist für uns sehr inspirierend.
Wir haben vollstes Vertrauen in eure Berichte und Einschätzungen. So kommen wir fußend auf eurer Schilderung seiner Person zu dem Schluss, dass Dallas, den sie nun misshandeln und gefangen halten, ein wahrer Sohn des Volkes ist. Doch grade darum, werden die Opfer die er nun bringen muss nicht vergebens sein! Wie ihr richtig erkannt habt, kann ihre Brutalität und ihr Terror ihren eigenen Untergang nicht aufhalten, sondern nur beschleunigen:
Wir sehen die Welle der Solidarität für euren Genossen, der wir uns anschließen. Wir sehen wie die Genossen und Aktivisten der Bewegung in den USA Genosse Dallas lieben, und wir sehen darum, wie jedes Verbrechen, was sie ihm antun sie nur weiter an den Kampf binden wird, den Genosse Dallas hochhält. Aus einem Ehrgefühl und unverbrüchlicher Treue zu einem wahren Diener des Volkes, bekommt euer Kampf mit diesem wichtigen politischen Gefangenen für viele Menschen nun eine zusätzliche moralische Dimension.
Wir erklären unsere Solidarität und unsere tiefe moralische Verbundenheit mit den Red Guards und der antifaschistischen Bewegung in Austin. Besonders Dallas, seiner Verlobten und ihrem ungeborenen Kind wünschen wir in diesen Zeiten viel Kraft, Zuversicht und Ausdauer. Gerade für sein ungeborenes Kind gilt, was für all die Kinder der Kommunisten, Soldaten, Revolutionäre, Kombattanten der Klasse gilt, dessen Eltern ermordet, verschleppt oder an der Frontlinie sind: Weil ihre Eltern beschlossen haben dem Volke zu dienen, werden die Volksmassen wie liebende Eltern für sie sein. Denn durch unsere Verbindung mit ihnen sind wir unbesiegbar.

From the streets of Germany, Jugendwiderstand salutes behind the american prison walls to promise Comrade Dallas solidarity and support.
As Marxist-Leninist Maoists we face new and enormous tasks today. While the main trend in the world is still the revolution, and the peoples of the world and oppressed nations are fighting and defending themselves, the struggles and perspectives in the imperialist countries are much less mellow and ready.
It is not a question of the right moment to wait, no question of the right strategy we need to redefine, or a question of the right ideology that we have yet to develop.
The actual question for us here in Germany, as well as for you dear comrades in the USA, is the question of how we can apply our almighty, because true, ideology to the concrete conditions of the imperialist countries, like Germany, or the USA to define a proper strategy based on this foundation, which enables us to create facts and conquer the political power of the proletariat in the protracted people's war, thus rendering a service to our own people, and especially to the oppressed peoples and nations.
These are our tasks and they are new. The order of the moment is, to make steps forward into uncharted territory, while firmly standing on the ground of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism. To use the synthesis of Maoism creatively in new fields, to use the sharp sword of our ideology for a socialist revolution, and to cut off the head of imperialism, together with the most suffering of the earth.
We see how you are making great progress in solving these tasks in the US. It is good to see Austin's antifascist movement marching, gaining experience, becoming stronger and polarizing. It is good to see you pushing the enemy into situations where he is forced to unmask and resort to brutality and violence. Your fight, comrades, is very inspiring for us.
We have every confidence in your reports and assessments. So, based on your account of his person, we come to the conclusion that Dallas, whom they now mistreat and imprison, is a true son of the people. But just because of that, the sacrifices he has to bring now must not be in vain! As you have correctly recognized, their brutality and their terror cant stop their own demise, but only accelerate:

We see the comrades and activists of the movement in the United States love Comrade Dallas, and we see how every crime they inflict on him will only make them continue the fight which Comrade Dallas upholds. From a standpoint of honor and unwavering faithfulness to a true servant of the people, your struggle with this important political prisoner now becomes an additional moral dimension for many people.
We declare our solidarity and deep moral commitment to the Red Guards and the anti-fascist movement in Austin. Especially Dallas, his fiancée and her unborn child we wish in these times a lot of strength, confidence and perseverance. For his unborn child applies, what applies to all the children of the Communists, soldiers, revolutionaries, and combatants of the class, whose parents are murdered, abducted or on the front line: Because their parents have decided to serve the people, the masses will become like loving parents for them. Because through our connection to them, we are invincible.
